Can anyone help
trying to download Teagames "eagle eye 2"

http://www.teagames.com/games/eagleeye2/play.php

Have looked up page source & located the url "http://www.teagames.com/swf2/eagleeye2.swf" however this opens just a splash screen before redirecting back to teagames site!

Getting the "swf" file from the cache gives a 574kb file which halts after a few seconds loading with a "Please wait" message.

Capturing the web site with Teleport pro achieves no more than the above, even with ignore robots activated.

The eagleeye2.swf cannot be bought from them & they say it cannot be downloaded?

Flash capture porgrams "tried several" comes up with the same size file & problem, it appears protected & or split?

Can anyone help in getting a full working file of "Eagle Eye 2"?

This is my secong try with this forum, with no response from the initial posting.

EDIT: Nevermind, I think the permalink to the video I want is at http://www.3dbuzz.com/vbforum/sv_video.php?v=1098

I'm on my knees begging you please! But seriously, I've tried a number of different ways to download these flash files but to no avail.

The link is http://www.3dbuzz.com/vbforum/sv_home.php

It doesn't give a direct link, so you have to click on "MotionBuilder" under "Video Category" on the left side. Then click "Issue 1"...then any of those movies (for example, the movie "Introduction").

Can anybody help me with this? It would be greatly appreciated as I've already spent about 5 hours trying out different programs and other methods.

Thanks,

Sasha

Please, does anybody know? I'm leaving town soon and I won't have the internet for a while to access these so it's important for me to try to download them. Thanks in advance.

The videos are protected by the new Adobe update. We're still working on it, but these are VERY tough to get at the moment. I've screencapped them for you, though, as I understand the need to have at least something immediately. Hope you don't mind. Here's the first one:

I'll get the others for your ASAP right now.

Adam! You're a lifesaver! What "screen capturing" software do you use to do it?

Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart!

No problem, Sasha. I use Bulent. Are the video's of decent quality for you? How much time do you have left before you have to leave?

I'm leaving actually to Japan for possibly two months and I won't have a dedicated internet connection, unless I were to go to an internet cafe. I leave in about two weeks so I wanted to get all the videos before then.

I've never heard of Bulent before. Instead of you having to do the rest I'll check out the program and try it myself. I've just never used "screen capture" software before so it'll be an experiment but I'll try to get it working. And yes, it is good quality, thank you!

I also wonder if someone will be able to find a "hack" to get videos even with the new Adobe update, any news?

Japan? Nice! A few things:

1) The program is called Bulent Screen Recorder ("BSR"). If you can't find a free download of it (I don't remember if it's free or not), let me know and I'll send you the install I have.

2) I'll stop now, and let you get the remaining videos (which are: "Basic Animation" through "Importing to Maya"). Should you need any help, though, don't hesitate to ask. I'll gladly help. =]

3) Have you thought about getting an aircard for your laptop? Depending on where exactly in Japan you're going, an aircard may be a lifesaver, should your insatiable desire to be connected to the internet be too much. If you're not familiar with aircards, just do a little Google search. They're little "cards" that you plug into your laptop via your PCMCIA card slot (I've seen ones that plug into USB too) that allow you to connect to the internet wherever you are. Most phone companies (Sprint, Nextel, etc) offer them, and some even have some good deals where if you sign up (the service is paid for like a cheap phone plan, I believe) they'll give you the first month free, and often time not even charge you for the device itself.

Anyways, hope I was somewhat helpful. Any questions or comments or anything, I'll be glad to help!

Cheers,

Yes I was able to download Bulent and install it. As for the aircards, I've never heard of them before and they are amazing! The only problem I noticed when I was just looking is that every single one I looked at had to have a 1 or 2 year contract with them. I have broadband here at home and will only be away for about 2 months, so I don't want another contract to worry about.

By the way, Bulent is easy to use! Thanks so much for mentioning it!

Haha, no problem.

And I did some Googling for you. I found a company called RovAir. I called them and spoke to a woman named Cathy who said they only cover the US, but suggested a company to me named CellHire. They rent out phones and broadband aircards (which is an AWESOME idea!), and they have international coverage, which includes Japan (and at a 3G speed, too!)

You should check it out:

http://www.cellhire.com/products/interna...ile-broadband/#

I don't know what your budget may be, but hey, if it's a business trip just be pushy and see if you can get your company to pay for it as a business expense. It's completely worth it.

The embed has the feature "autoplayNextClip" in it, so I nabbed the following two videos for you too, as well. Here are all three:

No problem. I used an RTMP recorder called Replay Media Catcher.
Here's the link to it:

http://www.filedropper.com/replaymediaca...erdawncommunity

Details about the product and brief instructions on how to use it are inside the zipped folder. Feel free to come back here and go through the previous comments, as I've covered some of the program's usage already (thus they can serve as a FAQ, almost). If you have any questions or need help, though, feel free to ask. I'll be glad to help you out!

I think I've reached a temporary solution to this RTMPe update, you guys. =]

Check it out:

Step 1) Install the regular RMC from the zipped folder I've posted numerous times above.

Step 2) Once you come to the last screen, where you're given the option to "launch now", WAIT! Copy and then paste this .dll into the RMC Directory (which is: My Computer -> Local Disk (C:) -> Program Files -> Replay Media Catcher). The .dll is available here:

http://www.filedropper.com/pluginzrtmp

Step 3) Allow the program to Launch and update.

Step 4) Press the green "start recording" button

Step 5) Visit the website with the previously unreachable media and voila! You should see the media being downloaded.

Cheers!
