I am trying to back up The Beauty and the Beast. The software splits the movie up into 3.86 and 2.31 GB. The first disk burns fine, loading the second disk I get "waiting for a disk to be inserted", even though the prior screen green lights me... This repeats itself over and over again until I eventually abort....
Reading the threads covering that topic I have tried changing the split ratio, but that did not help.

I have the same problem. The first disk copies and burns just fine; the second disk copies fine but I get the error message that the burn was unsuccessful. I also get the same message in trying to back up Wizard of Oz - copies fine but the burn is unsuccessful. I am using DVD X Copy on a Sony DRU 500A.

Any ideas?
