amplify weak sectors option does not work on my English Windows ME version, because it locates me in the USA. I live in the Netherlands. I need that option! Can anyone help me?

Go to control panel --> regional settings and change the country (drop down list) to some other English speaking country (New Zealand, for instance). Reboot the system and try CloneCD again.

In this case, I wouldn't blame Microsoft. It has more to do with the copyright laws prevailing in the US and some other countries.
