I got it to work.
I just edited the dvd loader and threw the roms and snes station on the disk. And then I edited the Msystem.cnf file so I could load the snes station.
But how do I do nes roms?
I don't understand the rombanks and bank bin file?

Hi guys I got a question.

I got snes station from a mate on dvd but it doesn't work for me. I get a error that there isn't any roms.
The DVD looks like this:
- INSTALL.CNF
- ROMS
- SNES_EMU.ELF
- SYSTEM.CNF

In the ROMS map there are files with the extension .SMC

I am using A PS2 version 4 with flip-top and HDADVANCE 3.0 PAL.

Can somebody please help me..

I burned it exactly the way you have with the directions you gave.

Loads up fine...Thing is i get to a folder that has
SUPER NI and when I hit x there is nothing there can you tell me what I did wrong or a way to fix it.

I named the folder exactly rom, I also put in the install and readme text when I couldnt get it to work the first time.

What should I do.

Hi

when using the CD method I cannot find any ROMS in the Rom folder. when I use SnesStaion and click on the ROM folder I just get an image of another folder called '...'. That's it, no Roms at all even though it is full of Roms that all work fine on the PC version of the emulator.

Any clues?

RE ROMS:

You have to add the appropriate file format to any ROMs you place in the ROM folder. This is so the emulator can recognise them. If they don't have the right file format on the end of the file name the emulator will ignore them. See the emulator readme for a list of recognisable file formats.

i recomend file renamer basic @ http://www.sherrodcomputers.com/products_FileRenamer.cfm
make sure u either back up ur roms or check the sample file name at the bottom of the prog. (check include file name, and include extension choose custom extension and make smc the file ex.) hope this helps.

the sound on my snes is kinda doubled up and runs kinda slo, but works ok

also... this is probably wrong thread... but iv used usbextreme to boot pGen on my slimline v12... when trying to load SnesStation it refuses to install to usb hd stating "Image File Name Error" or sumfin along those lines. is this related to the rom filenames or is this just not supposed to work?
if anyone has any idea id appreciate it
