I downlaoded the "Full set" of the roms (all like 1200 roms), and i tried bruning all of them onto DVD-R and they didnt boot. I am using DMS4 and no swap method.

C'mon, help me. The names just change, and I dont know what to do. Like the ffilename of the rom I downlaoded was like "2020 Baseball", but once I burnt it on a DVD-R,the name changed to "202 BS"

Try the torrent I made works like a charm.
Also did you rename the files to .smc.
Did you put the smc file into the rom folder.
What doesnt boot does the snes station boot up but not the games.

did you follow the steps i put up on the first page. Cruz is right they have to be Unzipped and a SMC file to work with the snes-station you can DL some from here http://romhustler.net/roms/snes you have to vote but the roms work or you can go to limewire and DL them it's like 120 of them but they all have to be Unzipped

They are all smc files.
and btw, does anybody have a guide to burn PGEN to DVD-R?

i did everything you said and the snes station DVD works great:), but there was one thing wrong. the names of the roms were to short.i didnt know what roms are witch :(. how can i make the rom names longer?

well.. i dont have Nero burning rom..and i cant download it due to dial up... but is there another program? and ... my roms arent .smc they are "File" what can i do?

Cheers for that. Works fine. I just need to rename my files so I actually know what they mean.
Also, I am experiencing some major slow down with Super Metroid. Not tried any of the others, so it might just be that, but I'm hitting 25fps at some parts. The sound sometimes gets delayed, and I dissapear if it gets too hectic.
Are there any other emulators for the SNES on PS2 that could get past this?

i have Nero it came with my liteon DVD-RW burner but i cant seem to find the Nero burning Rom is this on the same software or is it a totally different software?

Hi i too would like to play snes station on my ps2 using a DVD R but i may need different info as i can get snes station to boot up thru my usb maxdrive and my ps2 is unmodded and i do get a problem trying to load the roms from my pendrive the screen goes all black. can some 1 help me out plz. cheers mates

on step 4 if you choose ISO 9660 + Joliet and Check "Allow more than 64 characters for joliet names" you can see the full folder and rom names, and everything still works fine, so y do you say check "ISO 9660 Only"

I have a debug ps2 so I need rebuild backup iso's as master discs using cddvdgen and apache. Does anyone know how to do this with a snes station iso as i'm unsure what to put in disc name (slus, sles and the number)?

hey thank for the help, and the tip about cd-r's straining your lens.
But im having truble with the roms snes station runs fine and the folder is there but theres no roms in it, im using Nero 7 ultra edition, thanks in advanced.

I used this method 3 times with no success. I have Swap Magic 3.6 DVD loader and used the swap method to load SNES-Station. I pressed special boot and normal boot and both said not a valid Playstion 2 disc. I burned the disc to a sony DVD-R using Nero 6.0. Please someone help me. I really want to play this. Does Swap Magic 3.6 not load this or something?

hey, make sure UDF/ISO or ISO/UDF is selected and your in dvd not cd. I had the same problem, i wasted 6 or 7 dvds before realizing, maybe you have the same problem and if it works but theres no roms, add .smc as an extention.
reach googl for file renamer i found a free trial of this progrma (i forget the name) it lets u change the extention.
ps for that program don't add the . just put in smc.
