Thanks for the codes. Unfortunately none of them worked. Am I supposed to put in every single character? Is the 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 just line numbers? I keep getting a message saying that I cannot undo restriction. Does the sim card have to be in or out?

@dallaszs there is no specific unlock calculator for the 6010. Codes are calculated for a phone with a similar firmware and should work. Unlocking should be done with the original card inserted, if unlocking without doesn't work. Please note that you only have five attempts to insert a correct code, otherwise your phone will be permanently simlocked and your only option left will be cable or clip unlock. You have to insert ALL characters except the spaces (p, w and + by repeatedly pressing the * key). The different # codes are the different locks. most operators will only lock one code, normally 1 or 7.
