Square-enix said that FFXIII was currently at 3%, and they haven't completed the remake of FFVII, for the time being there will be no FFVII Remake (unless they OFFICIALLY announce it).
Oh! And the first FF was called Final Fantasy not Final Fantasy Crystal.
Lol at FF7 being the mother of all FF's. Want to see a good story with traditional rpg battle system play FF VI or III. FF7 had a good story but far from being the best the only real reason its such a big hit is for its fanboys and the rpg "fans" that only started playing since 7(not to mention the plot holes and multitude of mistranslations that left the story feeling like it needed more to explain).
FF12 is one the best in the series and its good to see SE breaking away from the typical love story and main character who's undoubtably emo and moving onto a more political and adult while mixing in the basic compenents of classic greek tragedys.
DeathAxe you are my hero man, I have been saying exactly what you just said for the longest time, too bad nobody listens. Final Fantasy 2 and 3 (IV and VI in japan) are extremely well done games. IMO 3 is the best game on the SNES, as well as one of the best rpg's ever. 90% of people who say FFVII is the best FF ever dont know what there missing, since they even admit it was the first one they played and the graphics blew their mind. Update FF 2 or 3 with the same level of graphics as FFVII.....wow, goodbye VII!! VII is a great game, but not the best.

Totally agreed, I wanted to say something like that, but my english level is too low...
FFVII is one of the most overrated games off all time.
