Nope, at least not yet.

You can use psxlauncher.elf on a v9 and up PS2, but you need to have the magic tools installed or fliptop.

Not too my knowledge yet. I haven't tried it yet using fmcb 1.7 and esr.
I still have to use the swap magic method when I do use it.

I just use Codebreaker 10 now patched for the hdd, and use ESR r9b renamed to Cb_launch.elf for my discs that are patched with ESR.

We explain that method in post #2 & #6 in this thread.

I see...I don't use CodeBreaker as that's for NTSC systems. I just need to find a way to load back to the browser once ARMax says "Please insert your game disc" so I can use FMCB & ESR.

Yes that is the problem.

There is a PAL codebreaker.
Post #8 in this thread.

Post #6 explains how to use it.

Your welcome, no you can put it on any mc or if your PS2 is under V14 you can load it from USB device or PS2 hdd.

The main thing is to rename your ESR.elf to CB_launch.elf or if using your hddloader then rename your hdloader.elf

I have used this even with Swap Magic 3.8 elf using my memor32 or mc with fmcb 1.7

Searches for file in following order (launches first file found):

hdd0:/__boot/CB_launch.elf
mass:/BOOT/CB_launch.elf
mc0:/BOOT/CB_launch.elf

I don't have a PS2 HDD so will have to try and install it on a memory card. I could get FMCB onto memory card ok but the CB9.2 process looks daunting...Heh.

Does ESR boot patched ISOs for CDs (not PS1 games) or only DVD ISOs?

If your PS2 is under V14 you can put the CB 9.2 on a usb drive also to save space on mc.

ESR only boots patched ISO for DVD games, it doesn't as yet load CD or PS1 games. They are looking into it though.

The only way for now is to convert PS2 CD to DVD and then patch it.
