@ cyprusrom Thanks for prompt reply. I did what you said and prompt for download came up, but nothing it said download complete very quickly and Okb downloaded. Any suggestions?

Not really sure what browser you used, how is set-up. I just copy/paste the link and I get the full video.

I am using Firefox, but also tried in IE. Couldn't get your original link to work, but it the last link works in Firefox. If I try in IE it just says "page cannot be displayed". Not sure how you got from what I posted to that final link....
Can you assist with this one?

Do you have "DownloadHelper" extension installed for FireFox? if not, install it, it will be the easiest, the download will become available easier.

If you copy/ paste this:

The download should start automatically, even without Downloadhelper.However, download the extension in FireFox, it is ecellent for getting videos.

Thanks!! though I still can't get it to work. I do have Download helper, but as soon as it starts downloading it says download complete and the downloaded file says 0kb. I have no idea what is going on, but thanks for you time anyway!

Well Carmen, something must be with the way your browser is set-up...Not sure why, but until that gets figured out, here's your video:

Hey, i am trying to save a video from this site but i cant seem to figure out how to get it. Its played through an embeded player and it plays a short advert befor the cooking video starts. I can manage to grab the advert but not the video after ..witch is the one i want.
Any help would be greatly appretiated

Hi Ramsam, I was able to download this video using the Firefox Downloader addon without any difficulty. It's simple and dead easy to use. Give it a try.

Hey, sorry to hassle...
I've been trying for a while now to download videos from this website, dax.tv, but it seems that it's impossible to do so using any of the tutorials I've seen on this forum.
It seems the entire website is a flash container rather than just a flash container within a website. The only .swf I can find is the one for the website itself.
Any help would be great!

Adam...maybe you can help me answer this question. I've tried to download various video's from this site, however I've been unsuccessful every time.

I can get the advertisement at the front of each video, I am unable to grab the actual video itself. I have tried download helper, clipta, jaskta, media stealer, real player. I don't have a specific video I'm trying to grab at the moment, I would just like to know how to grab one so when I want one I can download it.
