I purchased DVD XCopy Plat before 321 studios went out. Love the software, but now I cannot create a backup copy of any of my newer DVD collection I purchase. I already have had to rebuy three DVDs because of scratches. I always used to back up a copy in the past. PLEASE HELP! What can I use to burn copies of my expensive DVD collection?

You can use the free programs of DVD Fab Decrypter, DVD Shrink and then burn with ImgBurn. Or you can try the trial of AnyDVD and Clone DVD from Slysoft Software, trial is 21 days after that it is pay.

Or you can try RipIt4Me along with the old DVD Decrypter, it is free also. You will need the programs listed in the guide.

Just use AnyDVD or DVDIdle pro then you will be set.

Hey tex delete that 321 software from your comp and install Any DVD. C'mon tex keep up with technology!

hi tex well i was where you were i have dvd x copy plat but after the company got shut down i looked for alternitive and i found that the best for quality and a compareable software are AnyDVD and clonedvd2 , basicly AnyDVD the ripper the decrypter the hard worker ( this may explain why you cant copy your newer movies such as a sony based movie?) is on the fly and customizable (spelled right?) to remove the trailers or just the copy protection or to decide to make it region free or a specified region , or a very good example auto run god i hated how dvd x copy would disable every known feature region and its coding auto run probided actions ( such as fast foward when fbi warning or someting that the dvd player refues to do) and such .... sorry if i dont make sense or is too long i just thought i'd let a 321 studio owener know :P now the program that does the rest of the work is clonedvd2 it backups movies to the hard drive checking for errors ( like x copy) once its on the hard drive it transfers to a disc ...
