Seems pretty good for the price. Not sure how they compare to the more modern Z series sets, but anything with the Z logo on it can't be bad.

The Xeon is kinda like a Q6600, but it can handle higher temps and overclocks better. Still, I think it's a good deal.

The FM121 is quite nice, as it can be sedate and provide a normal amount of airflow, or be ridiculously loud and basically move your PC around the desk... lol
To not perpetually be the latter however, you have to stick a controller in a spare 3.5" bay, so hope you have one... lol.

Heh, I had three of those fans once. When I ran them all on high, I could leave my room and shut the door, go downstairs, through into the kitchen and shut that door too, and still hear the fans. They're ridiculous.
