you are on custom oe 3.02 or just 3.02 beause if your on 3.02 you currently cant do anything

Whenever i try to connect to the server with the RACHET AND CLANK ONLINE BETA,
I get an error saying "NetErrorEConnRefused".
Does anyone know a solution? Do i have to use devhook to do it?
BTW, i'm launching it in the xmb with 3.03 OE-C with no-umd disabled and a umd in the psp.

Ok, I'm back and I have tried everything that I can think of. I still cannot connect to the server in the Ratchet and Clank BETA. I have tried to load the one in the previous post and the new one in the beginning of the post. I have tried the new links with the previous method i tried and ones that follow.
I have tried to load it in the xmb and devhook. I have all configurations disabled in the recovery menu. (3.03 OE-C)I have tried decompressing the file back into iso format and it still doesn't load.
May I ask how you tend to load it successfully? Maybe if I load it the same way, it might work for me.

Place folder in (PSP/GAME/RECOVERY) for Going back to 1.50 from 2.71SE-A,B",C and 3.02OE-A
ok now
-turn PSP off (hold pwr switch for atleast 10 sec)
-Turn PSP back on while holding "R" (you will get a Purple screen this is the recovery main menu)
-Toggle the USB connectivity.(enable it) now transfer the recovery Folder to (if you haven't already) PSP/GAME/ after copying that Disable the USB
- Select the 3rd option " Run Program at PSP/GAME/RECOVERY/EBOOT.PBP" and the downgrader should work.
Best of luck to you. and you will have 1.50 soon

before i ask my next question, i would like to tell you all that i love you. Especially you, BlkMagic1 <3 <-- that is a heart, because i love you all so much.
now, i begin my interrogation once again- no, wait, before i forget BlkMagic1, by you telling me everything you have told me, i have started to help out some other poor bastard who is now how i once was, completely useless, luckily i have moved up to just plain ol useless. (by the way, i let him know that you told me everything i know)
BACK TO THE INTERROGATION! how can put i universal remote on my psp? what fw do i need and stuff...

just to be on the safe side when i went back to 1.5 to test the recovery out a put the recovery folder in the GAME folder then i put another recovery folder into the GAME150 folder just to be safe so try that

thats alright...you can make it up by helping me again.
i now have my final psp, there are no dead pixels, and everything works fine. However it is the ones in the new packaging, which are fw 2.71 . So what i want to know is how can i get my PSP back to the custom fw. I dont know if i can follow the instructions you gave me last time, or if i have to downgrade first...
help?

edit: and about the universal remote thing...anyone know anything about how to get it workin? firmware, etc.

first u have to downgrade to 1.5 then u can upgrade to any custom fireware!!!

could someone give me downgrading instructions to get to 1.5 from 2.71 please? and if you didnt mind a link to a working downgrader that wont brick my PSP,
thanks a ton in advance
edit: i decided to check to see if i had a TA-082, and i think i do. When i open the thing where UMDs go, i can see IC1003, so what does this mean? I dont understand the difference between normal, and TA-082. And where did the name come from? (TA-082)
