No, it was dedfinitely at 2010. I was planning to update using the serial link until I noticed the network update mentioned, so I just went ahead with that - but I did this about 3 weeks ago.

try a factory reset and scan dont just do one scan try a couple from other areas at the end of the green screen scan you want as many tp,s as pos the more tp,s the more channels thats how i got the kids channels back although still havnt got movies but it will come.scanning at different times of the day seems to make a difference aswell just percivere

HELP!! I'm trying to download the downtool from the link that e45's posted on page 10, but as soon as I download it Norton removes it from my computer. Is there any way I can get it past Norton as its doing my head in now? Cheers

well guys i think i was lucky getting around 13 month out of my kv and thought when it went down and came back on that it will take a few weeks to get it back properly but its no better, so hopefully my O.T at work has paid nicely coz ive been reading up about sky and a blade 7000 and will be purchasing all the gear wages permitting. got 13 month out of the box so it paid for itself and my next one. Just feel sorry for people who got a few months/weeks or days out of it
