you need to update your box to the latest file which is the 24/4/2011 which is only available to download to your box via your remote conrol that firmware you now have on your box will stop working soon and you will be left with a blank screen

too many contradictions ,
disconect lan do'nt disconnect lan when updating software ? what is trye?
rescan default factory setting after update leace lan bale out ??its all confusing?????!!
i have jan 2011 s/w ??
please help...

How will you update the box if you disconnect the lan connection what is it going to connect to then ??
menu >>>> installation >>>> S/W UPDATE allow box time to reboot before touching anything

YES I HAVE DONE THAT BUT THE 1ST TIME I UESD A PC AND THE R323 CABLE
SO AFTER U DONE THAT U JUS GO SW UPDATE THEN THE BOX WILL DO IT ITS SELF AND DO U KNOW IF ALL THE CHANNELS WILLCOME BACK ?????????????????

Its not a channel update its an update for the box nothing more but you do need it to watch what channels you have now as next week that other firmware will no longer work

dose nay 1 no wen the rest of the channels will come back on only got about a hangfull thats working in the wolverhampton erea got the latest updat on the box router and everthing is working fin any idea when they will all be back on thx

does anyone no how long it take's for the S/W UPDATE take's? as i have been waiting 10 min's and nothing so far, what colour should the loading bar be before loading start's and what colour after loading,

What firmware is on your box now date ?? has to be 2011 firmware Not 2010 or it wont work for you flash the Jan 2011 on and then it will work

just a hand full of channels, i have had the box for 6 months now, and i haven't flashed it. as i keep the box in my living room and i spend most of my time in the snug,

if you only ever had a 6 channels on the box it was never flashed otherwise you would have had all channels working on it
go to system info and post the date of the firmware here

you need to update the software on your box to the 24/04/2011 otherwise you will have no channels when the other software is turned off
what date firmware is on your box now system info date ??
