When I have put the new firmware into Kryptview A750 box, is there anything to do to the iConnector besides connecting to router and K box to make the system work?

Nope just a working cable feed and a working BB feed thats it just make sure you scan the channels in first before you put the box BB feed

then hold off if you feel this is the best for you, but this question arises everytime something is released, no one has a difinitive answer, no one can advise you, you need to either jump in or wait, but the SV6 is going since the start of the year in Ire if thats any indication

fleeBay works closely with members of Law Enforcement, Government, and members of the community in determining it's policies. In co-ordination with these and various other members of the community we have decided to ban all set top boxes, with the exception of freeview boxes. The majority of set top boxes still belong to NTL, Virgin, Telewest or their respective provider and cannot be sold legally on fleeBay. Also boxes that are designed to descramble signal and watch for free any of the above paid TV providers may not be sold on fleBay. Please do not relist
In accordance with our User Agreement, items prohibited by law or by fleeBay policy are not allowed on eBay.
You're not allowed to list certain electronic equipment on fleeBay. You're not allowed to list items that can be used to decode encrypted transmissions, or facilitate access to cable, digital terrestrial or satellite television programming without authorisation or payment, even if you state that the item is for educational or test purposes.
Information on how to decode or gain access to cable, digital terrestrial or satellite television programming without authorisation or payment is also not allowed. In addition we may end your listing if you "encourage" this type of activity. Examples include:
- NTL or Telewest cable TV decoder boxes
- Smart Card Programmers and Unloopers
- Programmed Smart Cards
- Blocker Devices
- Hardware or Software DSS Emulators
- Test Cards
- "Stealth Switches" for test cards
- ISO 7816 Programmer
- Un-99 Device
- DDT Device
- DATs Device
so much for trade and enterprise!!

thats always been the case, they stopped folk selling boxs on fleabay a while back,
I for one wouldnt buy anything like this on fleabay, traders come and go very quick, so if or when something goes nipples up with what you bought they are no where to be found, Have said it before time and time again, you pay for what you get, you may think your saving a quid or two by going this route, but when you need to go back with something, where do you stand...... back on here looking for help in trying to get your money back or what to do next, always buy from a reputable dealer which offer proper comeback on items......... This is just a general statement and not aimed at any one,

Same can be said for Car boot sales country fairs and fle markets these people can sell the boxes things go wrong they dont want to know and will also have no interest in the working of the box and will send you to sites like this for help if a person sells a box they should know what it does and how it works what you need and not send you to other places for the info all they are doing is passing the book.
Always buy from a reputable dealer that way you will get your 12 mth warranty as long as you comply with there guidelines.

Yh but most companies clearly state, they only cover boxes with the FTA software on them so as soon as you flash the box it is your problem.

no its not under the sale of goods act 1980 good are supposed to be of merchable quality and be fit for the purpose intended.
does not say if you put firmware on the box that it caused the box to die can be other factors as well could be faulty chip could be a dry solder.
but as long as you can put the FTA firmware back on the box it should be still under warranty.
With regards to a dead box its dead and faulty regardless who knows what was on it when it died nobody.

Some companies argue that the process of flashing killed the box. It's quite common for boxes to have a bad flash, I've fixed quite a few EX1100 and EX6000 especially. One of the most common problems is users flashing the .rar file rather than extracting the firmware from the archive first.

or putting in the usb before turning off the box first or pulling the usb out before switching the box off or before flash is finished
