And is not even in the pipeline for the 6875 areas considering that the amount of the Sv6 that have been sold in Dub is minimal less than 1500 boxes since it came in to production.
You dont need to own a box to know what your talking about, your supposed to be a supplier since 2008 and yet you did not even know that it was not working on 6875 what does that say, yet a person like myself knew it was not working on that!!!

I have seen the box alright what i meant to said was i have not actually seen it in the working on any symbol rate but i know its supposed to be working fine on 6887
and i think people are intitled to know what is working and what is not as the box is expensive enough in the recession times we are in at the present time and i can nearly bet if the demand for these boxes does not improve the plug will be pulled on the server as it would not be viable to keep it running so what will happen then more door stoppers ? unless you are giving a 12 mts warranty on the server stayin in situ for the for that amount of time ?? !!

yes but dont hold your breath for it to appear its not a code or a fix its a box you buy and connect via the internet to get it to work.

That would be a technical question!
Whatever you say, say nothing when you talk about you know what for if you know who might hear you, you know what youll get. Youll be sent off to you know where for you would not know how long. Maybe I could search through the threads so you dont have to ??

Fair enough, people are so sceptical about them these days,
(and they've every reason to be)
it's gonna need a while to sink in that they are working again.
Give it another month or two we'll have loads on here looking for help...

there is nothing that cant be found if they really want to find it that is do you think that upc are not actually aware of this only a matter of time like everything all down to ip address after all and it wont only be the server that is caught it will be the people using it as well and this is only my view on it others can have theirs as well

there is no reason why c/s won't work on chorus the same as it works for ntl lreland
as they both upc the only thing i can thing off . is....... i wont post as not tellin starview how to fix it , but i would guess there will be/could be the same problems when it comes to virgin.
but there is private servers running now on chorus useing the dm box
and im sure there will be a few more poping up some people just don't want to be on a public server same as when they do c/s in the uk.
as for how many boxes sold i hope it is as few as possable and they close down as i think (just my thoughts) that the fta guys have made millions out off the cable hack.
oh any i pay for my sky and cable before any one moans.

The SV6 solution is interesting. As for the argument as to whether the SV6 self-destructs after a year, the answer is that it does not. It is a simple cs issue. You have a member of a group that you share a subscription with, you simply switch them off after a year. Being the server you control all your clients. So to set a limitation of one year is easy. The SV6 still works the same after the 1 year mark. Its just that the share has disconnected the box. The only thing to be aware of is that both NDS and Nagra3 can be shared if people are willing to learn how to do this. My perception of this is that by the time the one year SV6 solution dies the sharing of this solution will be available to many. So do not throw out the SV6, its just a change of IP address to a new share. The fact is that both NDS and Nagra3 have been proven to be weak in security in preventing sharing on either technology. So rather than accepting a simple solution of sharing with an IP address you have no control over, why not research how to share with your freinds, be it Nagra or NDS
