Generally when a proggy is in the Beta stage it means it is in the testing stage and is ushually meant for more advanced users so they can iron out all the kinks before releasing the newest version. So its up to you really which one to use, but if you have never used AnyDVD I would reccomend the 4.5.6.2 version for now :-)
