anydvd conflict with decrypter

i had been using anydvd and then cloner2 to back up my movies, then i downloaded decrypter and my first process doesnt work anymore, but the dvdshrink/decrypter method work fine the majority of the time. is there a conflict of the programs both on the computer?

I downloaded AnyDVD and experienced computer freeze ups and all sorts of issues. I discovered that DVD Decrypter v3.5.2.0 and AnyDVD had conflicts running at the same time. (On my computer.)

After I disabled AnyDVD from running in the background then I could open Decrypter and use as desired with no problems. I hope this helps you.
