just update your psp to 2.00 on http://www.psp-hacks.com when your own just scroll down until it says 2.00 firmware update or something like that i updated my psp and i can put wallpapers on from the pics i get from the comp

if you want to keep your firmware so you can still run homebrew just go to the link http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/216018
it is a guide for Sei PSP Tool/KXploit and PSPersonalize...hope it helps.. ;)
also if you want to take a pic from your comp and put it onto your PSP..click on the "Start" button click on "All Programs", then go to "Accessories", then go to "Paint"...once this opens up go to "File" and click on "Open" then find the pic you want to put onto your psp..now once the pic appears on the screen go to the "Image" button in the toolbar and click on "Stretch and Skew"..now bring the pic down to the right size(300x170 resolution)...now once you have done this go back to "File" and click on "Save As" NOT "Save"...once this brings up a window, type in the number(where the name goes) for the month you want to use(i.e. 07 = July, 08 =August) and look right below this box and you will see another box that probably will say "JPEG" in it click on the arrow next to it and click on the line that says "24 Bitmap" now follow the directions i put on the guide for PSPersonalize and you should have a background with your pic... remember the pic has to be within these specs:
(a 24-bit Bitmap (BMP)
150KB in size
300x170 resolution (it can be smaller in resolution doesn't have to be dead on, just makes it look better and fit if dead on)

pimp1010 the guide i gave him is better, the psp-hacks has a confusing line that completly throws you off, i tried that one 10 times, didnt work, then i tried the one i just posted and it works fine.
