installed version 5221, now it wont do anything, wont open or work with program. i uninstalled, reinstalled, deleted folder, still nothing. any help from someone?
Are you using WinXP? you might want to do a system restore to get back to the point where the earlier version was working correctly and then try the update again. It sounds like you might have a few "artifacts" left over from an incomplete removal of the first version. Maybe you could remove the original first before installing the new version.
remember luna AnyDVD runs in the background ( do you have a red fox in your traybar at the bottom)? if you do its working put in the dvd wait a few seconds for the fox to turn compltely red then your good to go.
