having problems with AnyDVD

Ok, I finally got brave and bought AnyDVD, I got the regfile set up but how do I get it to except it? It always acts likes it accepted it but when I restart the program, it says trial expired. What's going on?

ok here is what I did

opened AnyDVD registration tool, it pops up, double clicked on my reg file, then it says

registration of C:/program Files/Slysoft/AnyDVD/AnyDVD.reg.AnyDVD ok! Please restart AnyDVD!

so I do that,then a thing pops up and says my trial period has expired

is this any help?

When I bought AnyDVD slysoft sent me an email on where you go to get a key generator, you download this file and then click on it and it automatically places it in your registry. You can check to see if it is working by opening AnyDVD and clicking on the about tab. It should have your name and serial number listed. If you are having difficulties I think you should contact slysoft about this problem.

I reinstalled mine(it seems to be an old version) and it worked fine with the reg file. but when I update it doesn't work.
