I had bought (well - was sent a free phone on a promotion) a free Cingular phone and needed it for TMobile. I did the unlock code you provided and got the message "Phone was not locked"! So - it may be that Cingular is distributing unlocked GoPhones.

Im in the same sinking boat as many that posted on this thread. I have two more strikes and im out of chances. All attempts have been using line 7 of the codes displayed when using the nokiafree.org calculator (Twice using ATT and once using Cingular)
The phone was purchased via an ATT plan that converted to cingular later-


Here are the codes I used that failed:
