i keep trying to make a backup i got dvdxcopy platinum,anydvd but when i put dvd in drive i get this" video-dvd master incorrectly".Any ideas?

is the backup one you have already made with dvd x copy or is this a new dvd that you are trying to backup the 1st time around

Is the first copy i am trying to make.But it wont let me,it always hangs for some reason.

you might have to change your software .Have you tried shrink.DVD XCOPY programs are old hat these days after 321 went bust after losing in court

Yes i have.I tried dvdclone2,dvdxcopy,dvdshrink,sonic,DVD Decrypter and still nothing.
