Every movie i burn from these program always freezes up in the middle of the movie and shut down. Do anyone have a clue on what's going on and how to fix this problem. Many thanks

I have both of these proggys and they work great. What speed are you burning at. If you are leaving the speed at max you are going to have issues. Cut the burn speed back to 4x and try it again.

What blank discs are you using? Poor quality media is another reason you can have playback problems.

The current firmware for this burner should be ver. 1.22

Check and make sure that your firmware is up to date, this will aid in media and burn speed recognition.
