This might sound like a strange issue, but I'm hoping that you can shed some light on it.

1) I have CloneDVD 2 as well as AnyDVD and I use it to backup DVDs.

2) Everything has been working fine for quite some time, over a year, but the following issue surfaced after I installed the Belkin Hi-Speed USB 2.0 TetraHub.

3) I have a Logitech Bluetooth Mouse and Keyboard that is hooked up to the Belkin Hi-Speed USB 2.0 TetraHub.

4) When I backup a DVD with the TetraHub connected I loose the bluetooth connection to my keyboard and mouse. If I connect the Bluetooth Keyboard and Mouse directly to the USB card in my computer it works fine, but when I connect it back to the TetraHub I loose connection for 30 seconds or so and it comes back, then I loose it again and this repeats itself while the reading of the DVD is going on. As soon as the writing of the DVD starts I regain connection and everything is fine.

5) Have you come across anything like this before and do you have any thoughts as to how I can eliminate this sporadic connection lose while I backup my DVDs.

BTW, great product, very satisfied with it...
