why is it so hard to find dvd scanlite 3.7 it's like it fell off the face of the earth, is there a newer version?

sorry 4 the post mods,just helping some people out with a link of tools
here is a dl link for some of the programs u need to burn,its been 1 year 1/2 i havent been on here but i have gotten numerous emails on how to back up some games,well these programs will help you,and please read the guides other people have gladly typed up to help!
