Thats ok Tokijin, thanks for the help. Um...I guess I'll just wait for the game to coome out in English in the next year or so...I know Naruto Narutimate Hero 1 is coming out in March of 2006 so yea. I'll just wait, thanks a lot buddy.

Jamaal said this about codebreaker, it shud also applt to gameshark.
It should work!
If the Codebreaker disc is an original, load it, then the Swap Magic disc and then the game.
If it's a burn, load SM, Codebreaker, SM and then the game.

so an original SM 2.0 will load a copy of SM 3.6?
My friend has 2.0 and it won't load my copy of God of War.

K i've tried to back up my file using DVD Decrypter but when it reads the game it says "disc not dvd" and i dont know if that means it wont work or what. the game is Way of the samurai 1.

Problem I can get into the game real good after the rebuild but it just dies when I select a match and hit start to load up the vs match. Hell I can even get online but once I enter a match after we both accept the load screen freezes.

thanks, i tried patching and it worked out fine. The screen was a little out of place, but at least i could play it. Good lookin out.
New question...I downloaded the demo of PS2 game BLACK (NTSC). I used DVD Decryptor to burn the iso file, before it started it said that the image did not match the format of the DVD. I was using Phillips DVD-R and burning at 4x/ These disks worked fine for all the other games but this one didn't. Is it a bad download or what.

My tv is PAL but it supports NSTSC dvds through my stand alone dvd player in full colour and at 60hz...but when i try and play an NTSC game with swap magic or any NTSC dvd in my PS2, the image is blac and white but the frame rate is still NTSC...any help?

Hi. You mentioned earlier that 8x Dvd's are recomended, but would my backup still play if I have a 4x or must i get a pack of 8x DVDs? Thx in advance

I just burned CD loader to a disc and did like said in this faq:

But when I insert an original DVD game (GTA3), it says "error validating disc"....
@Tokijin: I know the quality of the media is very important, but why is it then that only EA games don't work with these DVD's, but others work perfectly, without stutters or freezes?

Allright, I found out that GTA3 won't work with CD loader, so I tried with Vice City and now the EA games work!!
Except for the EA sports ones, they're a bit laggy en stuttery, but that's probably due to the quality of the discs.
But all the rest works perfect now! Thanks alot guys!!

Problem : When i try to load the games with the Verbatim copy the dvd stop spinning and it takes me to the screen that says its not a valid ps2, please insert one. When i try to load them with the TDK ones the dvd continu spinning without ever loading. I got no problem with original ps1/ps2 games. Anyone got an idea what the problem could be? Btw burned ps1 games work just fine.
