You are right.......sorry, was in too much of a hurry. They are suppose to give you a key, that will identify you as a licensed owner.
I hope that is what you are talking about?

Actually no, they are suppose to give you 21-day free trial, then you have to purchase it. I don't know anything about a serial#, since I bought it straight up.

If you have the trial version and buy the software then you will get a key fro slysoft. Just click on the key and it installs itself.

tired of the runaround, yes i was using a patch (i amit), but i only used it for about 2 upgrades on AnyDVD, but when you fall in love with a program, and depend on it, and lose it. well you do anything to get it back. 49.00 (worth every cent!) after using the afterdawn coupon, who said you cant buy love. i payed 15.00 to park at a motley crue concert(had to, but not worth it) need cash to buy the programs ?? if you got old programs , worthless ones, that you bought, sell those pieces of crap on e-bay, get the money and put it to the best you can buy, AnyDVD! love it!

NO! None that's legal. You will have to download all the upgrades and reboot each time.. There is no where to enter a serial number.Spend the money like gwendolin said. Everyone here has.
