I was wondering if there was any software out there to burn DVD'S without needing AnyDvd?

You can use DVDFab Decrypter to rip to your HDD, VobBlanker to correct the structure of the video, and DVD Shrink to transcode (compress to fit on a DVD-5) and Imgburn for burning. All are free programs and are updated frequently to bypass the latest copy protection.

I did everything you told me to do, I use dvdfab then vobblanker, then shrank it with DVD Shrink now i am buring it with DVD Decrypter and it is at the encoding part all the preview is green. why is it doing this? did I do something wrong?

You should be fine when done encoding and burning has started usually only the last scene/clip is in the preview pane.
