Hello everyone, This is my first post here and i need a little help if any of you have ever ran into this problem. My Trial on AnyDVD ran out 5 days ago. I tried to buy the program off the Slysoft web site but on the final page it says thanks for your purchase! but there is an error at the bottom that says :Payment #254632 for Order #11258425 over 39.00 USD has failed: [201]: Rejected by card center: I have tried it 5 times now. At first i thought for some reason my credit card company was rejecting the charge even though i have way more then enough money to cover this charge. So i called them and they said there has never even been a charge attempted by this company or any other for that matter. So i contacted Slysoft and needless to say their programs work far better then their support. All they keep telling me is that it is getting rejected. Although my credit card company says it is never even getting attempted and can see no evidence that the charge was ever sent to them. They don't even have any idea what error 201 or "the card center" even is. I love this program and would like to purchase it but i don't know what to do. Slysoft has no other way to purchase their product.
Thanks in advance for any idea's or help.

are ye in the usa,or in Europe if so some countrys will not allow that transaction to go through..(blocked}like Germany does.

Nope, Not in Germany. I live in the U.S.A. They offer no other way to buy it except their web site with a credit card. Not sure what else to do. They say it is getting rejected and my Card company says they haven't even recieved an attempt or else it would go through. Thanks again

Go to the local mall and pick up a gift credit card and run it through. Works like a charm. Chris

Thanks i may give that a try. But it still don't explain why it is kicking mine back without even running it. /shrug
It may do the same thing with a mall card.. but i'll try and let ya's know... thanks for the idea

had the same problem is it a visa check card? got a visa add money to it and it worked, if you have multi hard drives download it on the other one
