does anybody know if i can get a cracked virson of the newest anydvd just until i can get the cash to buy it. my computerfroze so i reset the time and now i cant use the trial virson

As I said, there are free options. One is Shrinkto5 Basic (http://www.shrinkto5.com/software1.asp). If you choose to go this route, you'll also need to get machinist2.dll (http://www.sendmefile.com/00377470)

Or, you could use the method that I like:

1. Rip it to Hard Disk using DVDFab Decrypter (http://www.dvdidle.com/free.htm)
2. Process through VobBlanker (http://jsoto.posunplugged.com/vobblanker.htm)
3. Re-author with DVD Shrink (http://www.mrbass.org/dvdshrink/dvdshrink32setup.zip)
4. Burn with ImgBurn (http://www.imgburn.com)

What problem are you having with DVDFab Decrypter? Make sure you have the latest version (2.9.7.9 released on 5/26/06).

What movie are you trying to back up?

Lighten up freedom 2, the kid apologized and then ask a decent question for help about alternatives and waynekusa is helping him.

@chocodog read up about the forum rules and follow waynekusa's advice. There are other options than AnyDVD. And as Ponchi1 said save you money because it's worth it. Welcome to AD there is a lot to learn here.

DVD43 is also a nice alternative to AnyDVD. It just it is not updated nearly as often as AnyDVD. But free is free, so until you can get the cash to purchase AnyDVD, this should work fairly ok for you.
