I installed devhook but it won't load. It stops at a screen saying
startup the devhook
save launcher setting
loading devhook
DH Ver. 0.51.0000
reboot system
What did I do wrong? TIA

When you start DevHook plug in your AC adapter and go to FLASH INSTALL-->Install configfiles to flash1:. Then hold O for 1 sec. Then when it has finished flashing go to START DEVHOOK and it should work.
BTW You've dumped firmware 3.02 and put it into dh/302/ right?

Actually, I left it in the 301 folder because I didn't know I could make a folder for 3.02. It does the same thing when I use 2.71 though, only difference is it says
startup the devhook
save launcher setting
loading devhook
DH Ver. 0.45.0000
reboot system
Also, do you have to do the flash to do 2.71 also or just the 3.0_ ones. I'm new to psp homebrew and iso loading so sorry if this is a stupid question. I really appreciate all your help.

Yeah to get DevHook 0.51 to work you must do the flash thing. So just follow the instructions that I posted in my last post and it should work.

So sad.... have install Devhook 0.51 following all the instructions extract psar file, uninstall flash and flash again and etc. When I start the game like metal gear, the system will hang at different places and some games fail to start e.g. The Legend Of Heroes 2. When exiting the game to main screen will also have this problem and the system will shut down automatically. Have tried Devhook 0.51 by Zaio, Chaos Legion, eternalis and etc. but nothing seems to work.
Using hybrid will not have all this problem, its only that you can't play the latest games with it.
Anyone got a solution? Any stable installer out there that will solve the problems?

ya true..cos i'm having a igb mem..i dl those rip games..like wwe 2007,arms in brother.i'm possible to go into the game..but halfway through loading..it turns black n nothin came out..how can i play all this game?i'm using devook 0.51 emulate to 3.02...

Hi I just did what you said eternalis. and it came up with the message:
'flash:0 and Flash1: can install an only one firmware version.'
'if there is another version already, remove before install.'
now I did have Dev v46 but I uninstalled it? is there some file I need to delete??
appreciate any help!

@tobnob- No that means if you installed any previous versions of DevHook to flash (which you didn't). So you can just go ahead and start the flashing.
@wapak- Yeah you don't need to play ISOs from USB, you can play them from memory stick. Just follow my guide:

when I try installing flash1 now it tells me to remove dummy.dat
would I better of installing devhook again?
If I did install Devhook again do I just install it and will overwrite the previous devhook?

I have 1.5 and devhook 51 trying to emulate 3.2 but it just shutsdown when I select start devhook? any ideas?

hey i got version 1.5 and i used to have 2.71 SE-C but i couldnt get devhook 0.51 to work on it i heard there was a 3.02 se not sure if it true or not anyway is there any way i can get a fw like 3.02 and still play my homebrew games just like the 2.71 SE and if there is not can some1 help me get devhook 0.51 on my psp

No there isn't. However you can get an autoboot plugin for 2.71 SE-C. This allows your PSP to automatically launch DevHook emulated 3.02 when you turn it on.

You need the usb cable to install it and transfer the isos.
