Yes. Place them in the GAME150 folder or if your kernel is set to 1.50 then you can place them in the GAME folder.

quick (and stupid) question:
i just bought a PSP in china, in the "system information" it says the version is 3.30 OE-A, is that my version ? i'm asking becuase i've read many messages here and i'm confused from all the "firmware version" "hardware version" "custom version" etc.
if i have 3.30-oe-a does this mean i have a custom version ? do i need to downgrade or upgrade or whatever?

YES you have custom firmware already installed. It is 3.30 Open Edition-A by Dark AleX. You can play homebrew, ISO's, and CSO's from mem stick.

Where did you see that. The latest I have read is that he's currently working on FW 3.51 oe-A and scrapping 3.50.

That sucks major a$$. Well I can certainly understand, he has given so much and risked all for free. I hope him the best in what ever he does. He has made a name for himself that will never die. Hopefully someone with the knowledge will pick up where he left off. Long live the scene.

I heard that this firmware is best for playing PSx isos. I currently have 3.02OEB and was wondering if I could use the easy installer , and upgrade without any worrys about bricking my psp. Now I know that there are always possibilities that this could occur , but as I said I'm trying to upgrade from 3.02OEB and not have to worry much about bricking my PSP and making a coaster or a big black paperweight.
PS: I would check and attempt it myself now, but I'm not a premium user at Rapidshare and I've reached my limit tonight LOL. And it's really late and I have to get up tommorow morning early. So if anyone can help leave me some feedback.

I GOT 3.03 CURENTLY NOW AND I HAVE A LOT OF ISO GAMES ON MY PSP BUT IN ORDER TO PLAY DEM I HAVE TO HAVE ANY CUSTOM FIRMWARE!!!!!!!

ok
im gonna try to get gta....does it work with the patched vertion???
i got iso games on my psp but i have to have any custom firmware to play them but i dont have any... all i got is 3.03 so is there any custom fw i can install on my psp with out needing ot use gta or lumenies?

no the patched version will not work the patch patches the ability to downgrade... if you are really wanting a unpatched version i have one and i would sell it to you,pm me if you are interested
