Does anyone know what this means?
Thanks again.
In your settings how many DVD drives does your AnyDVD show and how many do you have? This happens sometimes with a bad install or when a trial expires. Do you have the retail version with a key or a trial?
On:0,Off:0,Empty:1
In comparison I have On:1,Off:0,Empty:3
I have 2 drives and 2 virtual drives that AnyDVD recognizes. I'm decrypting a DVD in 1 drive, On:1. I'm not positive about Off:0, but in my case it appears no drives off. 3 are empty, Empty:3. When I load 2 DVDs it reads On:2 and Empty:2. From the looks of it you have 1 drive showing nothing in it. Did you have a factory DVD in the drive when you got that reading?
The media that I am using is TDK DVD+R1-16x 4.7 gb.Iv'e been using this type of media for over a year and never had a problem. I only have one drive and it is the one that is checked in AnyDVD. I have the retial version I purchased and have the key. Hope this will help you guys out. Thanks for helping.
I've had the same problem you have but it was due to a bad install. I backed up the key and deleted the program instead of trying to reload over the old one. I also ran a registry cleaner. When I reinstalled the program it came up as a trial and then I installed the key. After doing that the drives were recognized and the software worked the way it's supposed to.
