Im off to poland soon and was wondering if anyone knew if i could use the box there they have cable from what i gather .
Im not polish but the mrs is and im going to move there in the next 6 months ,thanks
Well, The standard voltage in Poland is 220 volts at 50 Hz so that wouldnt be a problem.

I have no idea about their cable setup though.

Plug in the null modem lead, PC & Replay Box. Switch on Replay Box and press the Setup Comm button. If it?s connected a blue line will move from left to right confirming that a connection has been made.

Then press the Upgrade Software Button and choose the appropriate file for your box. The Lite file is currently Version 750.

There are 515 blocks required for each box. Allow the link to download and then WRITE the information to your box. On the Full Replay you?ll see the word GooD and on the Lite the light will stop flashing once every second to blinking ?very quickly? which indicates it?s finished. Do not unplug until the light flashes very quickly.Remove the power and plug it back in again.

Hi Sabai,

Don't do the set up comm.

Untick the maintain user box...upgrade software....ignore any warnings and get the 742a file form your desktop.....it will transfer to the box.
the transfer should take about 4 mins but wait until the flashing red/green is flashing much more quickly than it was when you could visibly see the file transferring from your PC..

When the flash is complete...exit the stblink...unplug the box...take out the null modem lead...power up the box...wait until the light goes green.connect the null modem lead and do the same with the 910 file.

Ok Brian I am losing the plot. I found that I had only 1 port available and the system was giving me only port 1 or 2. but it was set to port 1 an 38? so I chaanged it to port 2 from 38 only port available. As they say any port in a storm!

Anyhow I tried to directly go from 7.52 to 9 it stopped half way through.

I will try it your way back in a minute, if it doesnt work I might be heading for a port Re play in hand!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Many many Thanks Sabai,

I normally don't do house calls, but I am glad I did tonight.

I met a very nice person with a wonderfully warm family and who I now consider to be trusted friends.

I hope your little one enjoys all the cartoons, she is a very special little kid.

Let's have a beer to celebrate health and happiness to all.

Nitenite and cheers

Hi, if anybody can help me yet again please?! We're having box updated by a mate sometime this week soon, but for now we're still doing the manual input. Does anyone have/know the codes for n*l pure, prov id 0x55 ? It's weird cos' it's been ok for well over a week but it's gone again!
We are having the new update, we bought cable etc but a mate offered to take it this week to someone with all the knowledge & gubbins. So if anyone has got those bloomin codes yet again, would be so, so grateful!
Thanks

Thanx for the help on this![/quote:

Go To The link for the library in this post.
Then the replay folder.
Then channel dump files.
Then download Brian chan fav feb 29 2008 to your desktop.

Open up the STBlink.
Click Write Factory Data and get the saved file from your desktop.
There will be 64 blocks to upload.
When your PC reads transfer compete...WAIT at least 15 seconds before exiting and unplugging.

You should really upgrade your software and then you won't have to input numbers anymore.
