press the channel manager then tv channel that brings you into the list of stations then look at bottom thegreen button edits the channel also gives you the lock option so enter your pinn to lock it and away you go

i have tried this,but when i hit green for edit....a box pops up with 8 options and at the bottom of the list is 'lock by ch' and when i press ok on it nothing happens......the padlock icon appears on the channel list but it doesnt actually lock anything

HI, when you go into the edit channel menu and press ok on lock channel it should ask for your password. Enter your password and then go to the channel you want to lock and press ok. A small padlock should come up beside it on the list. Then exit and you should get please wait for saving data and then it should be locked. To unlock it repeat the process again.

It won't lock anything unless you have a password switched to on.

He's fine, he prob just has his password switched off in parental lock.
Go into user installation, then parental lock, switch password to on and then try edit channel.

thanks eva,parental lock was switched off.....on this thread {page 132 i
think} the page to update with 910 i think it says to turn lock off,or
maybe i just got mixed up....sorted now,thanks again

Tip....some of the channels you may think are missing are not really missing at all, they are just labelled as Tv Ch and therefore just need to be identified and renamed in the channel manager option.
I am still having a problem with the quality of some the channels however, with the message 'NA Scrambled' or 'Bad Signal',resulting in an annoying choppy picture. I've checked all the cables and all seems fine. The other reason I don't think its the cables is that now and again the picture is perfect. Any ideas?.......K

some times a choppy picture might be your actuall pipe wire take it out look at it and make sure none of the copper wires are touchin that can cause it sometime as it it did with me?

Hi Moggser, just checked incomer and it was ok so I went to have a look at the main connection box outside. Took the cover off and f***i** giant tarantula came charging at me. After regaining my courage, went back and checked all, thinking that, that must have been the problem but alas no. Thanks anyway.

het spiders not afraid of them just dont like anything with more leggs than me lol
n.a scrambked usually means its updating that channel or trying to find it what ones are on the blink or missin try a auto scan star at 290 and end at 419

Kikivee, are you sure there's no work being done on the cables in your area, why not ask your neighbours how their reception is?
Or else maybe you're using a splitter on your signal.

just a thing for ppl who are scanning in channels and not getting them all, i installed a replay in a friends house and he had every channel bar the ones found on bands 394 and 418. This was because these are the 2 weakest bands in the signal and as his box was in a bedroom the signal got split several times along the way so there wasnt enough juice in it. So if all your channels arent working try taking the feed straight from the supply without any breaks in it.

My box cant find RTea E or beeby C.
Ive to stick the pipe straight into the telly to get them.
Few of us seem to be havin the same problems

can someone tell me what the latest autoroll software is for replay lite and what programe to used to load it to the box and also if there is anything i need to know before doing it.THANKS

What software do i put i havn't turned the box on in about 7 months so that will tell you how old the software is on the box now.
