test it and make it really sensitive and keep it hidden. make them yell at you and ask their names so they are recorded.

i was lookin around the internet for the good the bad and the ugly things about the Xbox360 and stumbled upon this and this place and i read this and it really got my attention so i just ((like right now)) made an accout just to post this to show my support!!! because thats just ridiculous now im very affraid to use my 360 now...((look at that to be affraid of ones own entertainment device...shame)) so now when im goin to sleep i look at the 360 and just shake my head cause i kno that in a little while its goin to stab me in the back on day...cause i have had some technical problems with my 360 like freezin, red cirlces, non-readable messages ect.
acctually i havent played my xbox for a while now..that i think bout it i play like 2-3 a week for like 2-3 hours other than that it it basically collects dust...
Hopfully Microsoft Can See What They Are Doing To Ppl...but i kinda doubt it...

ms can't give a shit about complain e-mails or letters. they already know, and you'll get an e-mail back: contact Xbox support or something likewise
they aren't doing much about it, so it seems. my 360 is gone now since 27 may. first days to return : 15 days... now 20/25 days..
it's ridiculous.
they're just hoping that everyone will run out of warranty. on my 360 it's one month less for MS to take care of any possible problems with my unit.
all these MS spokesman, giving these vague answers about failure rates.. it's making me sick, that a businesscompany can behave so *bleep* abnoxious. i can't stand it anymore.
the price is ridiculous, for such a low quality chinese console :@ i EXPECT to have at least a decent machine, but this machine, it looks like a thirdworld country product, so damn cheap.
it's thesame with 3 dollar watches you can buy on the market. looks pretty, and it sais (underwater safe till 50 meter), but falls apart from misery. most likely to be broken after a few weeks, or one bath.
i'm so aggrevated, but there's really nothing you can do, except have patience and wait for your console.
*bleep* my english. looks so bad. my hands are hurt my new job requires me to manually load in 75.000 KG a day into 3 seacontainers.

I finally found time to make a trip up to Microsoft... I spoke with Mr. Ted Moore, assistant VP of customer affairs. I explained my situation in great detail, he apologized and said he would resolve the problem right away. I excused himself, and waled into his office and made a phone call. He came out of his office about 6 minutes later and asked from my console and said he new one was on its way. About 2 minutes later a Man Walked into the Room caring a New Premium Console, 3 1 year subscription cards to XBOX Live, Crackdown, and a Wireless Controller.
I was handed the merchandise and he apologized one last time. I thanked him and waled out of the building...
I am glad to see they were willing to help m right there and then.... Oh yea, I mentioned going to the media if this issue wasn't resolved. ;D
To my sunrise 2 day later I see a blurb on the news about 360 consoles warranty being extended to 3 years...

I have been fighting this for 6 month! To tell you the truth I haven't even opened the console... I think I am going to return it to bestbuy buy an elite and buy the extended warranty from bestbuy.

thats a good idea. and also the new 65nm xboxs are coming out this fall so take advantage of the best buy warrenty and return it to get the new one. the 65nm chip will significantly reduce the heat and will improve the life of the console. also to ensure that you dont get the 3 red lights again here are some hacks that will help

Well the my new 360 decided that it didn't want to turn on anymore.... It wont even turn on! I cant even see 3 flashing red lights! I guess I am going to be making another trip up to Redmond...

Your house might be haunted or something. The poltergeist is haunting you by killing 360s. New age horror. The one I have wont turn on either. I just keep getting 4 flashing lights. You must be an expert by now. Do you know what 4 flashing lights might mean? I have fixed a couple of my buddies 360s that had 4 solid lights, I bought me a star shaped screwdriver and went to town on dem bad boys. The insides were covered in Iraqi dust. I just aired em out and they were good.
I think Microsoft is in too much of a hurry to put it's products out. I think Mr. Bill Gates needs to take his time with his products. Quality not quantity Billy boy.

when everyone is talking about "pulling a switch" at wally world, do they give you a full cash refund if you go in there purchase a new one and then go back to return it after you switch them? or do they only give you store credit? and they actually will take a return after the cardboard box has been opened after cutting the clear sticker that seals the carboard box?
