Problem with a Starview channel

Is anyone else having problems with sky movies drama on n*l in Ireland. Since the update two weeks ago any time I switch this channel on I get 3 tiny screens running down the left hand side and the rest of the screen is blank.
Any ideas about how to fix this? (already tried reinstalling channels)

Try delete the channel and do a manual scan from a different movie station , you might have to do this a few times and Im sure it will pick it up

Sly Movies drama can be found by a manual scan at the freq 323.000 MHz. Delete the one you have first as Celtic has said.

lads i deleted the sky drama and did a manul scan when the channels are found what do u do next

Go to your list of channels and they will be found at the end

did all that and the channel is still the same also e4 is gone the same way i put in freq scouser gave me but it is findinh no channels any other ideas lads

if you cant get them by doin
manual scan. then downfrequency
you are better off doin a factory reset and an autoscan
as they will all come back in then for u
however you will have to input your fav;s again !

lads tried everything and its still not working channel is still bad also e 4 is the same done factory reset .also manul tunnin any more suggestion please dont mind the drama but my wife loves e4

when i done manul scan the same channel comes up again in the same way even after deleting the old one first also i done this a few times also i done factory reset and still the same problem

i think it may be a prob in your area cause it seems u have done everything..
last case senario would be a reflash, however this may still not solve the problem.what version is on your box now?

try this
dont delete the bad channel first !
autoscan again, then if channel is still bad, manual scan, hit download freq, then check for the duplicate one !

I'm in the same boat as Speedy tried everything suggested to no avail and e4 went as well, must be a Waterford thing

ya it must be , i say it must be the line hopefully it get back to normal , or lets hope this is not the virus thing they are talking about

Phone your cable company, ask them is there a problem in your area, also there are no virus things, as you cannot get a virus down the coaxel cable!. ;-)

wouldnt say so as e4 works grand on ntl box so just say its the freq if anyone has any other ideas give us a buzz
