so i have two batteries. After i hardmod one of them, do i still have to go to the battery creator, or is it good like that. And would the PSP work with the Harmod Battery, like to downgrade and flash to 3.71 M33?

If you did a hard-mod to your battery, its already in service mode, no need to run any additional battery creator programs...All you would need to do now is get your memory stick files in order.

hi, im sort of a noob and i know you experts are sick of explaining things, but im really in a jam... i have a fat psp with 3.52 m33, my friend just traded his fat for a slim with 3.71 official, anyways a couple weeks back, i tried to follow this same guide before the easy installer update... i think there was a program called despertar el cementario or something... anyways, i made the pandora battery and the magic stick through my fat psp, then i put the magic stick in the slim and started it up using the pandora battery. it went to some menu where you could choose 3 or 4 different menus (hellcat, extended or something) and i chose despertar el cementario... then the screen split into four of the same image, and went to the blue screen of death and then to a blank black screen. i tried to redo the process, but if i insert the pandora battery, the green light just comes on, the screen stays black, and the mem card light does not blink... it is completely unresponsive no matter what i try... i feel really bad because it's not even my psp, can anyone help me give my friend a late christmas present?

Hmm..Looks lik you're not explainin in close details my fren.. Because, despertar el cementario is a program to be install AFTER you've successfully created the magic stick. The purpose of despertar el cementario is to allow you to upgrade your PSP immediately to 3.71M33-2 automatically after you've downgraded it. From what I know, the options available when you use your pandora is as follow:
-install 3.71M33
-install 3.71 official
-dump your NAND
-Hardboot from NAND (or somethin lik dat)

So what I suggest now is to stay calm,re-do your magic stick and use your PSP to install despertar el cementario AFTER you've created the magic stick ^^

I'm walking on sunshine!!

Hello. I am wondering if using a fat PSP with a TA-82 motherboard will affect the Pandora battery and memory stick. Will this combination still be able to successfully downgrade my friend's non-TA-82 motherboard PSP and then upgrade their systems to custom firmware? I have already created the Pandora's battery and memory card, and they do successfully downgrade the systems, theirs and mine, but none of us can custom upgrade. They can still official upgrade, but I have the TA-82 glitch that won't let me upgrade past a certain point.

Nop TA-082 won't effect the downgrading.

But what do you mean you cant custom update...do you mean the psp won't let you or you just don't know how.?

Cause i hae TA-082 and have used pandora many times and just look at my siggy....about the different firmwares...also to make the TA-082 glitch dissapear use Chilly willy's keycleaner...which is found here...and if you need help with updating to a custom firmware just post back and i'll help you...;)

I am trying to turn my pandora battery back into a normal one, but since I forgot and restored my majic memmory card to a normal one first, I need to make my ms majic again to restore my battery. Poblem is, after I upgraded to 3.52 m33 and tried to run the installer program again (w/ the C+D method) I recieve the error message "The game could not be started 8002014c" What does this mean?
I will try updating to 3.52 m33-4.

2.71>2.82>3.50>1.50>3.52m33-4>1.50>3.52m33-4

Try this pandora application on your CFW to get your battery back to normal...and remember to boot your psp with the AC adapter at first and then put in your battery

Thank you for replying. When I say I can't custom upgrade, I mean I followed a guide, and it didn't work. I think it may be because I tried to update to a version based of an official update after my glitch update block. Basically, I can't update to 3.52 official, and the custom firmware is 3.52 M33, and I think the problems are related. I hope so, because that should mean that after I fix the update block, the custom update should be possible.
I would greatly appreciate your help, I am very lost. I have to wait to actually do anything to my psp until I can go to a friend's house, as my computer's usb ports are toast, but I really want to fix my psp. I managed to make a pandora, but that is all the homebrew success I've had. I'm totally new to this, and I'm terrified of messing up, especially as I turned out to have a touchy version of the psp. *looks pathetically grateful*

One last question. I used my pandora to downgrade my friend's non-TA-82 psp following the instructions here. I encountered a problem, as I said at the end of page 25 in that thread, and have recieved no responses so far. Do you know what I did wrong? Will the instructions you sent work on a non-TA-82 psp as well? The instructions on that thread are very similar to the instructions you sent me, but there are differences.
