also the post you quote is ancient. there is no such things as keys anymore. there is no point discussing further until you come upto date with the system you are dealing with. please read the most recent dreambox threads and maybe then ask more relevant questions

ive lost all my channles on my DM 500 C the only ones i can get is channle 1-5, all the others appear on the channle listing, but when i click to view nothing shows.
Can i get some step by step instructions in what to do

i think you need to read the Nagra 3 thread, all boxs are now gone or near going, including yours, no fix for them. Only boxs working are the SV6 and Kryptview boxs, so check out the thread I mention, may save you time messing about if your in that list

hi all,want to flash a dreambox 500t on chorus mmds,have null modem cable but cant seem to upload to the box,says error, what image should i use and where can i get it.thanks.sorry should have said am in ireland,read somewhere there can be problems there,any help appreciated,thanks

mate your a bit late as all the stations will be gone from mmds in a short time from now. movies are gone for a start.

if all the channels go is there any alternative boxes available or any other system.i have a box t and a dreambox 500t

not true, there has been alternatives for dm500c and dm500t for some time now. you just haven't looked hard enough. the unfortunate side of it is that the solution is exactly the same as both kryptview and sv6 so it has a limited time span and has the same limiting problem, lack of privacy. i suggest you look for another alternative. the answers have been sitting on afterdawn for rather a long time now so just search

well fintannl point me in the right place for alternative ways to get dm500c up and going as on this it has only been sv6 svcombo kv250 i con and kv 280 working on n3

hello i was just emailing i only can pick up sky sports channels and i can not pick up movie channels ,espn,mtv,etc..........i was just wondering if there was a fix for thatis problem???????????????????

@ rafmazz - how many times you been told there is no fix for that box, the only way that a dream C or T type box will work is on a private share amongst friends or a close circle, so unless you are in that close circle or your close friends is running one, then you are in the same boat as the rest, phucked.......
And do you really think anyone with a private share will PM you with the details? ehhh, no.....and quiet rightly to as I wouldn't be sharing or telling anyone about it on here if I had one, That green bin is looking a lot closer than ya think......
The only viable option is the Sat type Dream, which you can share and as hooter advises, your at the whim or mercy of an unknown entity for your viewing and cash, so, caveat empore....
