Thanks HiTek,
Have done that, took less than a minute for picture to come up after 'code updating' is that it then or what do i have to do now?

hi.. i have the euromax 2006 edition.. i was wondering could i use this firmware to update it? will that be ok or is there different update for my box. thankyou for your help

thats it, now you'll no what to do if it happens again.
Will i still have to do this often to get channels updated? As stated in earlier thread it is all happening to often weekly, sometimes twice a day, thought downloading 'new 18/04/08 version' software was going to erase this problem?
Let me know if there is another solution, if this does not solve it? cheers.

As Karl said above to your answer, "Thats it" Basically Your box has updated itself and therefore fixed.
The next time the Keys change your box will auto update within a min or so and if not come back and one of us will help you. So far today they havn't changed keys so until they do wait and see if yours AU's,

lisboa67 I had a lot of people who's boxes i updated asking me how come the box displayed the message "code updating",even after i put the new firmware on for them,i think thats what you mean is it?the new firmware just ensures the box autorolls when the codes change and dosn't stop the codes from changing.

I got the 'code updating' (which meant i lost my sports channels etc etc) then would log onto tcb.cc toolbar and enter new codes, and hence would get all my channels back, but like i said it was happening all to often weekly sometimes twice a day. So this should now update automaticly for me Without doing nothing? cheers.

They have changed today so if you go to sly sports 1 then wait to see if they AU.

Yes box is all ok, have noticed on toolbar that numbers had changed today at 2.30pm ish, my box is all ok, which i presume has fixed the problem, thanks. Only bit i'm confused about now is the 'AU' you refer to? So what is 'AU'? Cheers.

Hi again everybody,
Have been asked by the wife to ask a couple or three question regards eurovox 2007/08 versions,
Firstly how do you delete the 'commentry' which you get on certain channels/programms?
Secondly why can't i get anything on the teletext? When i press the text button all i get is a blank page with 100 in the top corner?
Thirdly is there any news on receiving Sky One and Sky Sports News Channels?

1. Press the red button and select alternate stream.
2. Text is only on some channels and was never the best on the EV. Use your TV and select text.
3. Ask Branson and Murdoch :)

All I can say is a lot of channels and to list them would take quite a while. As said viewing teletext via the Eurovox isnt great, just use your TV.
