Hi All, I hope you can help me! I followed this path with the aim of getting setanta 1 & 2.....
menu>installation>manual scan>down frequency> 238000MHZ > enable network scan.
This worked as I now have the setanta channels with sound on bics 11 and 12!
My problem is that now all my entertainment channels have now got the audio thing on which is used by blind people, as I am not blind this makes viewing very annoying as you can imagine. In addition, bbc 2 now says bbc 2w and has does not show anything at all. I've tried an automatic scan which has not worked, any ideas anyone??

Just press the AUDIO button and choose the alternate stream, that will shift the that, as regards the automatic scan, why don't you just make a note of the Frequencies that you could not get like Setanta etc. while you have them, and do a Factory Reset and a Fresh installation and automatic scan whyen finished you can then do a Manual Scan for the channels that you are missing, for example - enter the frequency 238000 in Down Frequency and just press OK, it will then scan on that one frequency (Do Not Enable Network Scan) you must have quite a few double channels at the minute.
Thanks for the advice! how do you do a factory reset? am I right in saying that once I have done the factory reset I should re-flash the box and the sort out the missing setanta ones without enabling network scan?

No, you do not have to re-flash the box, as I have said, you have been missing The Set**ta channels and now you have got them, you say all be it under bics, if this is correct then just make a note of those Frequencies okay. (Write them down) - Now to do a factory Re-Set, just press Menu and scroll down to Factory Setting and press OK enter pin 0000 and OK to confirm/delete, when you have done this it will ask you to wait, and then it will take you to the Language screen accept English OK and then Installation OK and automatic scan on your provider, when channels found exit out to main menu and enter 1570 and turn the Key Emu to ON. (in other words you are doing a fresh Installation, it does not affect the Firmware you have on your box) - And yes you need to manually scan for the missing Seta*ta ones using the frequencies you have wrote down, using the method I have posted up above twice, (do not enable Network) as you will get a lot of duplicates etc.
EDIT:- To get the Frequencies of channels that you have showing, just press the SL button located above the EXIT button and note the frequencies in Down Frequency, just in case you are not aware of how to find them okay.

I have also tried manual scan on the 458 & 299 frequencies & still no joy.
