i had 134 before scan after reset only 81 and still missing the same ones as before any ideas

try a maunual scan start at 290 and end at 810 and make sure its at 6875

Hi I tried to update to version 454 using loader 400 it didn't work saw the post re using loader 430 for updating box tried to update to 454 again no luck its a black screen on tv each time the Box logo doesn't come up what am I doing wrong? (I reinstalled version 450 and it is working is 454 not meant for the Box I had thought it was?)

You cannot go straight from 4.50 to 4.54. You need to load 4.52 first then 4.54 and logo. BTW why are you updating 4.50 is fine and 4.54 doesnt offer much more.

Sorry for not getting back sooner working shift.i spent another 2 hours at it again last night number of channels now at 113. still missing s*y 1 and s*y 2,channel 4, bbc 1 and 2 and utv any one what the frequencies .

your on chorous right???
thats the max number o channels you will get
but do a manual scan and make sure its at 6875 and start it at 219

thanks for reply is there any easy way to do manual scan or do you have to imput 1 freq at a time .previous max number i had working was 163

a manual scan is near the same as a auto one its just your telling it what freq to start at

agree but from what i am doing i can start at 219.000 and only scan that freq and go up 1 each time.Is there a way to put in a range from 219.000 to 600.000.

do you have the coax cable in the box when scaning it also your not runnin of a splitter?

i have coax in box when scanning i am watching it on tv .no not running off a splitter.i have done from 219.000 to 600.00 nothing coming after 446.000 yet i will update when i am finished.it is very tedious and time consuming..

Got SV3 for friend in Cork, talked him through set up.
I installed GTR0M v8.
Using CH0RUS C0RK, cannot get orte 1, orte2, skeye movies.
Has skeye spots, and others.
Any ideas how to sort out problem?

you should have flashed it with the v6.01
were did you download the v8 from?

try and re flash it with the v6.01 thats the one I used and I got no problems!

Im dave. Try keep this thread about my channel dump file. All the other methods are available on about 20 different threads, if people were bothered to search they would find the answer very easy.

i would suggest you rename your thread dave to something like(starview the box channel dump files),as the title is a bit misleading,and why don't you ask one of the mods to make it a sticky,also its basically impossible to keep one thread on one particular subject for a box.
