DosFlash32 works with 64bit so I think that would be the easier route.

Any game after March 2009 is wave 3 and will work with iXtreme 1.6.

Hey, I know this is a little late, but thank you so much for helping me through the modding process, leerage. Even if I did brick my Hitachi drive, I couldn't have done it without you :)

No problem. You are better off in the long run with the BenQ anyways. :) Much more reliable than the Hitachi and the BenQs are picky at backups.

Run them through ABGX before you burn.

Only way to install games to the hard drive is through the NXE dash. The game must be present in order for it to boot from the hard drive.

No problem. Glad I could help out. I haven't got around to Hitachi simply because of the many different firmware revisions and the variables. Maybe one day....

hi. my question is.. i have the benq.. and i followed every step in the tutorial. with the copying key , autoload ixtreme 1.6 etc.
all the way to write verification.. it said succeeded...

i then xed out of the program.. right after that. i noticed it said to click outro... which i did no do.

but anyways now, when i try to click benq un lock it says. vender intro failed. and i cant read from the benq drive.

does anyone know what went wrong. and is there a fix to put the original key/firmware back onto the drive if it can not read it in jungleflasher now? it had no problem reading it before i flashed it.

Click Intro/Device ID. You will get a pop up box. Click OK and when you see dots go across the bottom, power cycle the drive (disconnect power to the drive for 1 second and plug it back in).

Instead of using a connectivity kit can you flash the drive in an external enclosure that connects via usb?

I'm hoping someone can help me out please. I'm trying to use jungle flasher with a ben q drive and the computer im using is running super slow now. I did everything in the tutorial and the step im on now is I plugged the 360 into my computer using a sata cable and compatible card and plugged in the 360 and turned it on. Now when I try to run jungle flasher it seems like the whole computer is running super slow. Can I start jungle flasher 1st then turn on the 360? Will it matter? Thanks to anyone who can help.

You could try starting Jungle Flasher, then turn on the XBOX 360. Then switch the I/O port to a find your drive.

Thanks I got it to work. For some reason if booted the 360 first then jungle flasher it would slow the computer to a crawl. I started jf first and everything went smooth. Thanks.
