With a back trace of his id microsoft can find out where he lives, it's not very smart of him to post it out in the open with his account. I doubt he will leak it online considering he doesn't want to go to jail like the people who leaked Gears 2.

That's only if he plays it on live. If he has an offline console, he's good.

That's only if he plays it on live. If he has an offline console, he's good.
His profile on that site had a picture of him with info which is neede to sign up, in the case of Gears 2 they did go and get all the copies back except one got leaked before they could get there. My guess is microsoft is already on their way to get the game back.

Only problem is the guy uploading it must have a slow upload. Only two 100mb parts have been uped.
