thats your problem. you only use winrar once. it makes an iso image that you burn.
V9 PS2, flip top, SMD, DVDLoader

oh ok....yes I used winrar and it gave me another winrar file and then I used it a second time and extracted all the files.
OK SO....I used it only once, it gave me a ISO FILE. Now i have both Nero and alcohol 120%, what one is better to use for this application, thanks for the help everyone, I greatly appreciate it.

it don't matter, just select burn image.

I downloaded dvdloaderv7all from the link that was posted but when I unrar it there is no .iso file in there just a .bin and whole bunch of other files tried burning the bin but can't can someone help?

It should still look like a rar file but it will show up as an image when you select it to burn.

well I have backed up all my games... here's the weird part... All of the games I can get to work have to be loaded with the DVD LOADER even THO they arent listed on swapmagicfix. The games that DONT work (true crime, everything or nothing) do not work at all. It is the opposite for me. Is there something extra I need to do when burning those games listed on swapmagixfix?

Can CD/DVD loader be used with Gameshark, or is it only for SwapMagic. If it can be used w/Gameshark can you pls post the boot method which is need. TIA.

yes it can be used with gs. you need cd loader, then load it like any other cd backup with gs.

cd loader = burn to cd
dvd loader = burn to dvd

Hi, I download the dvdloader v7all zip file from
consolemaniac.com. I open it with winzip and the
file is (dvdloader v7all iso)(552.409.iso)I burn
it with Nero 5.5 on to a dvd+rw disc and cant get
it to work.Can someone send me a good file for the
dvdloader v7all.I got a ps2 v.7 with a flip top and
a swap magic dvd disc.

dont use dvd+rw. Use dvd-r or dvd+r

Can Someone please tell me how to actually use the DVD and CDLoader; I have a Fliptop and the swapmagic discs and have a few games that startup fine but freeze at one of the loading menu's. Does anyone know how to fix this? any ideas?
