if it's 1.5, well you can reformat ur memstick. but i'm still not sure whether to it's safe to reformat when it's 3.03oe

Hmm, ok. I allready took out the mem stick, but its still very slow. I did not reformat it though. Think I try and read some more posts, someelse most have had this prob too.

Ok, nothing changed. The screen goes black after I push a button, but I can still push butoons and the still move, I just cant see it, cuz the screen is blank.
After about 30 -60 sec, the screen return and I can see it again, until I push a button again and it goes black for 30 - 60 sec. Very odd, kinda bricked, but not quite.

Found out that I had to push the screen light button for some strage reason. It seems to work now. Thx for your help anyway.

hey i need help... wen i try 2 update 2 oe-b i kno i hav 2 put the oeb_update folder into psp>games>game150 i done dat but it comes up as corrupted data.. any ideas y?

hey... i need help.... i got a psp w/ a ta-082 w/ fw 2.71.... im trying to downgrade to 1.5.. the problem is that i cant seem to load hend once i transfer all of hte files to the psp.... this guy has the exact same problem and he made a vedieo.. heres the link (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z_7aYJCxscQ).... plz i really need help and i cant figure out why...thnx

Hi, guys...
I'm a noob with a PSP TA-082 that I successfully downgrade to fw 1.5 then also successfully upgrade to fw 3.02 OE-A.
But it's been a while I didn't follow this forum since I was successfull in upgrading to 3.02 OE-A.
Now I re-open this forum again and there's another fw 3.03 OE-C.
Would you guys explain me about this new fw 3.03 OE-C? and how about the success rate upgrading into this new fs 3.03 OE-C?
I'd appreciate so much 4 any helps from you, guys...

Runs the same risk as upgrading 3.02. and hteres a newer FW then a3.03 OE-C.... 3.10 OE-A'

Hi guys, just got a PSP. TA-082 with firware 2.71. I want to play games from the memory card, they all say i need 1.5. i downloaded the easy installer, but people are talking about 3.3oe or something???

3.03 OE is a custom firmware with Homebrew and stuff already running on it so you don't need to run devhook to play ISO, so after downgrading just go to psp-hacks.com and download the custom firmware and upgrade
2.6 > 2.71 = 1.5 - 3.02> MY TA-082 MOBO 1.5> 3.02 OE-A > OE-B > 3.10 OE-A > 3.82 M33
3 Days, I advanced from 2.6 homebrew tetris and commercial UMDs to 2.71 Devhook Emulation to 1.5>3.02 OE-A, Its the golden age of hacking

So, you're saying that there's nothing new with this fw 3.03 OE-C?
Because I could also play ISO file with my currently fw 3.02 OE-A/B directly without using devhook.
Would you guys explain to me more spesifically, what benefits could I get with this fw 3.03 OE or fw 3.10 OE than fw 3.02 OE currently I'm using now?
Sorry for this noobs question, I already search on this thread about it but I couldn't find any post explaining about it or I just missed that post?

The newer custom fws fix the problems the former custom fws had, so if you encountered a problem runnign games then upgrade, or so.

I downloaded the file "2.71_TA-082_EASY_Downgrader_0.1_by_csfreakno1".
Does it matter if I use this on a PSP bought in the U.S.? I have a TA-082 fw 2.71, and I want to get to 3.02OEB. Thanks.

I got impatient and went forward following the guide at the beginning of this thread. It only took me about 15 minutes to complete. I'm on 3.02OE-B, and I played my first ISO game. Thanks for the instructions.

ok guys i got a problem.....im trying to downgrade my 2.71 and i got to the stage where it says extracting something blah balah and it stood there for 30 minutes, after i re booted it came back and i re mortaed my memory stick and installed everything again but i realised this time that the update is update x.yz is this correct as the read me says it should be x.yx???
please help

I got a Sony 4GB PRO Duo MS and a 2.71 TA-082 PSP, is it possible to downgrade with the 4GB MS? has anyone try using a 4GB MS to downgrade from 2.71 to 1.5?
or do i need to get a 1-2GB MS in order to downgrade safely since that's been done before.

Hi guys sorry to bother, i've been looking for this info, but couldn't get any.
I had 2.71 with TA-082, downgraded to 1.5 went perfect, then upgrade to 3.02 oea. The deal is that after that i formated the MS. but i still play the iso's. does anyone knows if its ok? if not, can anyone tell what could i do.
