i think oe is 4 custom firmware and has nothing to do with devhook. but i may b wrg. if it does exist its prob just a lil fix. google around. any 3.03 is good enough since there r rumor that a new fw is coming out anyway. i cant find devhook 0.52 at psp-hacks.com but it is in the dll section of qj

3.03 OE-C is a custom firmware. It installs to flash like a sony upgrade but OE can run 99% of homebrew, this is risky to install but doesnt require devhook anymore and is alot faster to boot iso. search around at qj for 3.03 oe-c

if i install this can i still manage to return to normal, i mean 1.5 emulating 2.71 via devhook? or i will be permanently on 3.03.

Its simple mate, once your on it you wont go back to devhook.
Download it and copy the 303flasher and 303flasher% to GAME and run it.

No its not mate, but as it writes to flash there is a certain risk there.
I,ve done a ton of these upgrades and havent had a brick yet.

It is a little risky becuase it writes to flash, but i have reinstall and install it alot of times and also havent have a problem. Thats just simply version 3.03, but can play homebrew and iso. You will need to download 1.50 and 3.03 and have it convert in a prog then flash it...not going to go in detail here cause the link Sudds already convert it (so all u do it just run it and press x to accept) and prog in his link. Having the upgrade is more safe because there is a recovery mode which can fix semi bricks. Since its can load homebrew it can be converted back to version 1.50 through recovery mode. Also I have said it can run 99% of homebrew...the 1% really does nothing, most of the 1% is just older stuff like themepsp, umd emulator, fast loader... but there are already other prog that will work like those prog and will work on 3.03 oe-c. When installing just be sure the battery is fully charged and external power is connected.

i've already done it tnx to both of u this is great!
but x-flash doesn't work and same as the top_menu flasher can i still manage to change coldboot gameboot etc.? is this work in all version i mean like 2.81 2.82.

i've try to flash manually via flash0 its gud on the topmenu icon but i cant find the files for the coldboot, itn0, gameboot. wer should i place the replacement file? and how the hell some poeple have a diff openning i mean the "sony computer entertainment" how to change it with playstation 2 opening.
sudds, vcbc du u have any video upload of ur modified 3.03 oe c psp? i wonder how ur psps looks like.

hey, i got a problem with this file i got. its supposed to be an ISO but the folder has a bunch of files with the numbers 001 002 003 004 005 and so on. what do i do to convert it to an ISO.

Most likely its a split RAR file.
Download WinRAR and double click the first file, WinRAR will then extract and join the ISO for you.

Hey! I wanted to ask if wich CWcheat should I use with 3.03 OE-C? I had it with the Devhook 0.46 back in 1.5, but now the CWcheat meny wont come out when I press Select.

What in gods name does that mean??? The net is a capability that is embedded is curent firmware....you dont download it.

i think he means download VIA internet in which case all he would have to do is the same thing he has to do with cpu's just the target file navigation is different
