ok so after reading thru a few pages .. all i really need is AR max and i can dL saved game files and put it onto a USB drive and use the program/cd that AR max came with and then put the game files on the usb drive onto my memory card and im set? .. am i correct? ..
all im really looking for is to be able to put saved game files onto my memory card .. not really looking for any cheats .. so ARmax should be able to do that for me correct? .. and does it matter what model ps2 you have? .. i have a ps2 slim white version .. not sure of the model yet but ill get that when i can .. well thanks ahead if anyone can correct me .. *thumbs up for the info ppls*
ok so my console model is SCPH-79001 unmodded .. will the AR max work with this model ps2 slim? .. also wit this tut .. to be able to load the elF you still gonna need a third party software right like swapmagic?
hmm forgot something .. with those converter programs .. cant i just get one of those ps2 to ps3 usb memory card adapter and use those programs to put saved game files off the net onto my ps2 memory card? or does it not work that way? .. lol

If you were using Armax that has usb support, you would only need to download .max saves from gamefaqs and copy them directly to the memory card on the PS2 by selecting 'uncrush' to memory card.
This tutorial you are posting in deals with using uLe to copy gamesaves to and from your memory card to usb
You can use Swap Magic or fmcb 1.8 to launch uLe
There are free volunteers available to install fmcb 1.8 to your memory card or other 'INSTALL' Methods in this link

That adaptor is for the PS3 that has PS2 backwards compatibility, to be able to copy from your PS2 memory card to the PS3.

but in orde to use fmcb wouldnt i need swap magic or that slide card? .. i was reading that too and it said something bout needing swapmagic or armax .. not sure .. ill take another look at it .. maybe my noob eyes missed something .. lol
