This list is by no means close to complete, but it should include most popular (and many non-popular!) games. All games are in original NTSC [USA] format unless otherwise noted. I'll make a wild leap of faith and claim all the working/non-working games should apply to the 3.6 set as well. After all, it's well-documented that 3.6 is simply 3.3 with added USB support.
Those interested should mainly pay attention to the non-working and patch lists, since the potential count of actual working games may number in the thousands. Games with the (use good media) note seem to be sensitive to media/burning speeds, or else they may experience freezing or sound glitches.
Dual-layer games do not work, period, and must be ripped to DVD5.
Please reply if (and how) you've managed to get a non-working game on this list to work with the SM 3.3/3.6 set. To date, there is only one non-working game with the Swap Magic 3.3/3.6 set: Rugby League 2 (PAL), which has in-built copy protection which prevents it from working with any modified PS2: hard drive, modchip, or Swap Disc. Making it run properly requires a cracked release, or a patch (currently nonexistent).

Rebuilding games may be necessary for games with a larger TOC (image size) than 4.35 GB, which is the Swap Magic limit. It may also be necessary for DVD media which burns poorly as it approaches the edge.

Aside from Zoneloader-specific games, the Zoneloader seems to also work for most (if not all) games which require the DVDLoader/CDLoader while using only a single swap.

Splinter Cell: Pandora Tomorrow is Splinter Cell 2. Splinter Cell 3, which is Chaos Theory, is supposed to work with the Swap Magic 3.3 set, but I haven't tested it myself yet.

I backed up frequency with dvd-decrypter using the standard meothds no cdloader required it just booted straight up.
!!Note i needed to use cdloader to get both growlansers working though!!

ok this is odd. my swap magic 3.3 CD has a toc of 71min and Metal Slug 3 JAP CD works....
My brother in law has swap magic 3.3 CD his toc is 70 min and it doesnt work.

That was actually the intention of this thread, 007PStwo ;) But yeah, a separate page like the swapmagicfix page would be nice.
The only problem is when people report games as not working, because most instances of problems with the Swap Magic 3.3 discs seem to be the result of individual problems with burning speeds/media/settings, rather than a Swap Magic 3.3 issue. So I try to confirm most of the stuff myself if possible. And then there's stuff like Metal Slug 3 (JAP), which is kind of an unusual case ;) Are the Swap Magic 3.3 CDs non-standard or something?

I dunno if I got a fake or my brother in law got a fake. but mine when put in a pc has a volume lable of action replay and is 632 megs...
His on the other hand displays crazy taxi and is 622 megs.
Now all DVD versions ive tested are the same size. all cd versions differ... ODD
I think im going to let your post here mature a little bit and then open up a swap magic 3 + site using info gathered here... If nobody minds my taking info from this list that is.

I get the feeling that the same thing might be happening to Frequency and some of the other CD games, since I know wasn't the only one who had problems with Metal Slug 3 (JAP) and Frequency. But I'll try backing them up again anyway.
btw, my Swap Magic 3.3 CD seems to have a length of 71:57.74 (according to Nero CD-DVD Speed). It's also titled "ACTIONREPLAY" and has these files/folders:

Splinter Cell 2 : Pandora Tomorrow works with Swap Magic 3.3 on my v12, provided that I used CDLoader, with the option menu, and select Beta 3 Splinter Cell.
It's about 3 or 4 more steps than normal, but it'll work so long as you use the directions that are provided on SwapMagicFix.com
